This important book was a collaboration by the author Carina Hoang and my company Eye in the Sky in 2011, covering 40 interviews with survivors of the 1975 - 1996 exodus from Vietnam. These were poignant, moving, sad, funny and very humbling interviews. One story was from Talbot Bashall who was the controller of all the refugee camps in Hong Kong. He saw first hand the severity and scale of the diaspora. So his story is very moving. This was a very rewarding project that incuded us designing the book, producing it, as well as writing the intro chapter and one of the stories. The book is based on interviews with the survivors of the exodus to Hong Kong, Indonesia, Australia and the USA. The Foreword is by the Right Honorable Malcolm Fraser, 22nd Prime Minister of Australia. The book is available through Carina's website.
