OUR TEAM

ESP was formed in 1996 by aviation photographer
and publisher Jon Davison, with the idea of offering a
complete visual aviation promotion and marketing
service to the aviation industry. Jon is a New Zealander
by birth and moved to Australia in 1973, but spent
17 years in the UK.
Throughout this time ESP has had a long and
fruitful association with aviation writer Tom Allibone,
and the fruits of this collaboration can be seen in
their recent coffee table books 'Beneath Southern
Skies' and 'Beneath Southern Seas' Tom joined ESP at
the start of 2003 to bring his skills to the company.

To round out the skill base, UK born Alexis Bachofen
brings fifteen years of business management in the
entertainment industry.

Our sales and marketing arm is headed by Californian
born Robin Olsen. Robin comes from a sales and
marketing background in the entertainment and music
industries.
